These terms apply when you use this site or buy the Wedding Place Card Starter Pack from Carlos Castro (“Wedding Calligraphy Academy”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you are buying
The Wedding Place Card Starter Pack is a digital product: six video modules, printable practice sheets and traceable guides, and the bonus resources listed on the sales page. It is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.
Access is granted for the lifetime of the product. If the product is ever retired, you will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to download the materials.
Payment
The price is $19, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe’s own terms.
Delivery
Your access link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within fifteen minutes, check your spam and promotions folders, then email support@weddingcalligraphyacademy.com.
Refunds
Purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
What you may and may not do with it
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own projects, including wedding and event details you create for yourself, for your family, or as gifts.
You may not:
- Share, resell, republish or distribute the videos, practice sheets or guides, in whole or in part.
- Share your access link or account with anyone else.
- Use the materials to teach a paid course, workshop or class of your own.
- Claim the materials, or any part of them, as your own work.
Cards, envelopes and other stationery you letter by hand using these techniques are yours. You may sell the physical pieces you make. Calligraphy techniques themselves are not owned by anyone; the licence covers our teaching materials, not the craft.
What this product does not promise
The starter pack teaches a repeatable process. It cannot guarantee a particular standard of result, because that depends on your practice, your materials and your hand. It is a beginner system for creating your own wedding details, not a professional qualification or certification.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your access link private. We may withdraw access without refund if the materials are shared, resold or distributed in breach of these terms.
Liability
The materials are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
