Refund Policy

The short version
If the Wedding Place Card Starter Pack is not right for you, email support@weddingcalligraphyacademy.com within 14 days of your purchase and you will be refunded in full. No long explanation, no argument, no attempt to talk you out of it.
The 14-day guarantee
Your purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. The 14 days run from the date and time of your purchase, which is the date on your Stripe receipt.
To request a refund, email support@weddingcalligraphyacademy.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message so the purchase can be found. You do not need to give a reason.
How the refund is made
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your request being received.
- Once processed, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. That final step is outside our control.
- You are refunded the full $19. There is no restocking fee, admin fee, or partial refund.
What happens to your access
The Wedding Place Card Starter Pack is a digital product. When a refund is issued, your access to the modules, practice sheets, guides and bonuses ends, and any downloaded files must be deleted. Continuing to use the material after a refund is a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
After 14 days
After 14 days the guarantee has expired and purchases are final. If something has genuinely gone wrong — you never received your access link, the files will not open, or you were charged twice — email support@weddingcalligraphyacademy.com regardless of the date. Those are problems to fix, not refund requests to argue about.
Duplicate and unrecognised charges
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, email support@weddingcalligraphyacademy.com and the duplicate will be refunded immediately, outside the 14-day window.
If you do not recognise a charge from Wedding Calligraphy Academy, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. It is almost always faster to resolve directly.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
